About the role

On behalf of our client, Academic Work is currently looking for an administratively and technically strong project assistant whose primary task will be to analyze and drive improvement on internal data. Your tasks will be performed with the aim of providing support and assistance to managers, and therefor, it is important that you are communicatively strong and proactive in your approach. Experience with projects in IT is a significant advantage but the most important thing is that you are proactive, analytical, and structured, allowing you to convey information calmly and provide good assistance to your colleagues and managers.

Work tasks

  • Assist group owners with the practical and technical use of the onboarding platform
  • Help group owners identify the correct assets and values to ensure compliance
  • Facilitate and manage the team's scrum events
  • Ad hoc tasks and structuring data

We are looking for

  • You who have relevant experience working in projects and agile environments
  • Have basic knowledge in Mainframe
  • Have basic to proficient skills in Excel and are fluent in english, both in speaking and written
  • You who have the ability to communicate IT concepts to all levels of understanding

We believe that you enjoy working in an agile environment and is technically strong, allowing quick adaptation to new systems and people.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience with KanBan and JIRA
  • Speaking any of the Nordic languages is also considered as an advantage
