On behalf of Alcon, a leading global company in the eye care industry, Academic Work is seeking a customer service representative to join their Nordic team starting in April for a period of six months. As part of Alcon’s dynamic Customer Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficiency. We are looking for
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service and order management
- Strong IT skills and a quick learner of new systems
- Experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- A team player who takes responsibility for their tasks Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
