We are looking for

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service and order management
• Strong IT skills and a quick learner of new systems
• Experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• A team player who takes responsibility for their tasks Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
