Work tasks

• Optimize and maintain the infrastructure of a high-traffic monolithic application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance.
• Ensure the system evolves with business needs and uses the latest technologies.
• Design and implement solutions for business-driven web applications.
• Automate processes and improve deployment pipelines for efficiency.
• Enhance system reliability through monitoring and performance tuning.

We are looking for

• Advanced experience managing LAMP-hosted web applications as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in LAMP stack management and development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Strong communication skills with a deep understanding of business requirements and effective stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and cloud hosting services.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).

It is meritorious if you have

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Laravel-managed services (e.g., Forge, Envoyer)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
• Experience with OPSEC specifically Blue teaming

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
